Over mid-summer's week we'll be walking the Pembrokeshire coast path, and one of the highlights will surely be a boat trip to a very special island only a mile or so off-shore.
Skomer Island is a haven for nature enthusiasts and walkers. Its well-marked trails wind through stunning landscapes, offering panoramic views of cliffs, wildflower meadows, and the shimmering sea.
Renowned for its puffin colonies and diverse birdlife, it’s a birdwatcher’s paradise, especially in spring and early summer, when we will make our visit.
The coastal paths lead to breathtaking vistas, including (if we're lucky) seals basking on rocky shores. With seasonal bursts of bluebells and campion, the island transforms into a colourful carpet of blooms.
Accessible by ferry, Skomer Island offers tranquil, invigorating walks immersed in nature’s beauty.
At the time of writing we still have 2 places left on this trip. For more information and to book please visit our web page HERE.
