Nicholas Hurndall Smith is an expedition climber, mountain leader, rock climbing instructor, and classical singer. He loves nothing better than a day at an esoteric crag in Cumbria, leading a group into the wilds, or the traverse of an alpine 4000m peak. Born in Hertfordshire, he is married with one daughter and based in Kendal. He has trekked, climbed, mountaineered, and sung all over the world.
